We review your situation: if you have QuickBooks access ready, we’ll look at one recent month together. If not, we discuss what’s going on. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear picture of what’s happening in your books, what it would realistically take to fix, and whether WestgateFS is the right firm to do it. No quote on the spot. No pressure to commit.

Who will I speak with?

A senior WestgateFS bookkeeping operator with direct experience on the type of work you need — cleanup, monthly management, QuickBooks management, or accounting support. Not a salesperson. Not a junior intake rep. The same operators who would be on your file if we engage are the ones who take discovery calls. This is intentional: accurate assessments require real expertise.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

No. If you can have a recent bank statement or QuickBooks accountant access ready, that’s helpful — but not required. We’ve assessed thousands of situations from a conversation alone. Come as you are with a brief description of what’s happening. The call will be useful regardless of what you bring to it.

Is there any cost for the call?

No. The call is free. There is no cost and no obligation. If we identify a project scope after the call, that scope document is also provided in writing — at no cost — before any work begins. We don’t charge for diagnostic time.

What if WestgateFS isn’t the right fit for my situation?

We’ll tell you — honestly and directly. If your situation is better served by a CPA, a local bookkeeper, or a different type of practice, we’ll say so and try to point you in the right direction. Can I call or email instead of booking online?

What if I want to think about it after the call?

Good. After the call, we’ll send you a written summary of what we discussed and the scope we’d recommend. Take whatever time you need. We don’t follow up with pressure — if you’re ready, you’ll reach out. If you have questions in the meantime, email or call us directly. There’s no expiration date on the diagnostic.
